I think the ultra and ultra 4k specs are for raytracing, so with a gtx 1080 or better you should still hit 60fps on Ultra 1080p

For a normal attack no, we saw that in the room of requirement where he just shot at a ball and got a crosshair while moving, but for spells your character goes into a combat stance and has animations for that with its own movement

so when you walk and cast accio he will stop to move and cast the spell

I think both could blend together. Normally you are in parry mode (dodging, rolling away etc) but holding shift will change the fighting mode allowing you to run left and right casting spells pretty quickly until your stamina runs out. That would be cool!

Guys relax: Steam is experiencing a bug that is changing some games release dates to "Coming Soon." One game even had its release date changed to coming soon that releases Jan 24, 2023. Does the house u choose determine which quests/companions you have access to in the game?
