I'm glad it isn't multiplayer, because that means it will have stronger storyline aspects. They couldn't make you special If it was multiplayer, or they'd have to make the story allow multiple special characters.

Multiplayer is not for heavily story driven games, like RPG games. It just doesn't fit. Multiplayer is for games you can just mess around and not do anything in, like COD and stuff like that

It would definitely be really cool. I totally agree. I've got a couple friends that would totally be down for that, but I feel if they did that, they would have to make an NPC the main character to give it a good storyline and keep the multiplayer aspect, ornit would be a coop situation where all the other players would just be normal, and not actually play a part in the story, they would just be like the companion characters, and their actual character wouldn't get any story progress in their own save.

Kind of like assassins Creed unity.

This is assuming there’s a story. Not sure how it would work out but maybe a game where the main focus isn’t entirely a story to defend Hogwarts or whatever, but rather you going through the years and stuff, playing Quidditch, getting better with your spells, receiving good OWLs, maybe some side quests and missions you can do on the side, and going through the years until you reach 7 and you graduate and you go back. I mean probably needs some polishing but I think the fact that there would be Quidditch, missions and just multiplayer in general that you can talk to other real people who genuinely like HP too would make it a really good game

This is all from the top of my head like a minute ago by the way, it’s not like I’ve thought about it for long enough but I would definitely play a game like that

The professors

NPCs? Sounds weird but I guess? They could be really messed up

We'll it depends on if it's a fully roleplay game, or if it's a MMORPG game. If it's an MMORPG game, the professors would have to be NPCs, and the game would have to be designed like new world, or ESO. Because everyone would start at year one. So there wouldn't be story driven events for everyone at the same time. It would still be you doing your story, but you get to hangout with your buddies and do missions together. It would also have to run off a party system.

There's probably a reason why there hasn't been a full fledged Harry Potter MMORPG yet.

if im right system requierments in steam for hogwarts legacy are far exceeding the ones you can play with. for example in youtube there are videos where elden ring runs 1080p 60fps with gtx 970 graphics card, intel core i7-6700 and 16gb ram and elden ring, hogwarts legacy have pretty similar minimal requierments. hogwarts legacy wants less ram in minimal requierments but more stronger graphics card(gtx 1070) when elden ring wants 12gb ram as mininmal requierment and gtx 1060 as graphics card, processor requierment is exactly same.

But ive been there. Used to be a console player. However I got sick of having to pay to play online, plus lack of a lot of other features that pc does offer.

Either way as long as you're happy with what you're playing and I'm happy with what I'm playing it's all good.
