High 60fps 1080p definitely. Ultra maybe. In the end it all depends how well optimised the game is.

Ultra expect less likely because its behind the rtx 2000 series and many AAA games can't even run ultra settings with those specs, even harder if you are trying to maintain 60fps

Those are still decent specs so high settings should be okay. Just keep in mind it's all up to how well optimisation is. We literally have no idea where avalanche is in the technical and optimisation department
