The problem is, if you won't turn him in there, he won't get any punishment. He used all three curses and kill a person. Not turning him in means you let him get away with that unpunished.
He maybe said he regrets it, but the fact itself he was able to use the spells properly is enough reason to turn him in. You can't use them unless you truly mean them. And murder is a murder. I would not live a happy life knowing someone gets away with that unpunished. No amount of teraphy is enough to take it back.

I really wish they showed Ragnok’s powers more in Hogwarts Legacy! We know goblins are actually super strong against wizards, we’ve heard about the whole goblin revolution and how they’ve got their own crazy magic and combat skills. It would’ve been amazing if the game dove deeper into that. Instead of just making him another villain, they could’ve explored how powerful goblins really are and given us a glimpse of that revolution vibe. That’s the kind of storyline I was hoping they’d lean into more. It could’ve been epic to see more of that intense dynamic between goblins and wizards, especially with how Ragnok’s character is set up!

You should be able to reenter the Scriptorium, though I think it spawns you at the end.... I forget. I know it's possible, but I don't remember past that.

It's easy ish on low FPS to clip through the world by rolling into doors, and to get into a place, you could use a broom. I dunno' if the scriptorium maze is its own separate area, or if it's loaded into the castle in general.

4 of 5 is all that will be in your inventory after the mission. The 5th note on the floor that screams when you read it doesn't stay in your lore inventory. It goes into your quest inventory but disappears when the quest is complete.

That’s very standard Irish accent that most non Irish accented people do that had no clear regional dialect, a Cork accent is very different to a Galway accent which is also different from a Dublin accent etc. basically every county in Ireland has its own accent and even a rural variant of it in some.

But often when American or English actors try to do an Irish accent it’s very “Oh no me Lucky Charns” deal rather than a real Irish accident.

Basically it’s a fake accent that sounds abysmal to any Irish person or someone who knows what real Irish accents sound like.

You unlock challeneges as you come across them. There's balloons you can pop while broom flying, landing platforms, Merlin trials, and more. The more you explore, the more challeneges you'll unlock and progress in, and the more side quests with treasure and NPCs you'll find.

There is a mod you can download that will allow any NPC to follow you around, but certain quests (primarily main quests, particularly the trials or ones that require you to enter a special area) won't allow the companion to accompany you. I haven't completed any side quests with a companion, but I don't imagine most side quests will prevent your companion from joining you.

Most side quests will show up in the map with a gray inverted triangle icon. I know of at least one quest that does not have an icon on the map, so you'll need to explore very thoroughly to come across it, or Google a guide on where to find it. It's called Well, Well, Well.

The top half of the map is early game. You can fly over the whole thing spamming Revelio to uncover it and it'll fill with colour as you go. The bottom half of the map, below the Coastal Cavern, is late game; the enemies there are more dangerous. You can't fly from one half of the map to the other, you need to travel through the mountain pass on foot the first time you want to go there.

After that, you can then do the same thing, fly around and spam Revelio to reveal the rest of it.

And, if you play through all four houses ... Azakaban is the worst place to send anyone... no one is going to come out of there with any type of sanity ... worse than Dant'e description of hell.

J.K. Rowling certainly has gave us some "food for though" Azakaban is about despair and depression ... the character of Sebastian has to deal with that without going to a place like Azxkaban.

Being convicted of casting an Unforgivale curse is an immediate life sentence to Azkaban.

Sebastian doesn’t have the means or influence to sway the Wizengamot, he has no one to support him. He’ll be expelled and then out on trial asap and sentenced to a lifetime in Azkaban where any shred of hope in him will be taken.

It doesn’t need to be explicitly stated if you know that the Unforgivables are called Unforgivable for a reason. It’s not just because they’re bad, it’s because there’s no forgiveness from the very flawed judicial system and you are going to rot in Azkaban if convicted.

Some forner death eaters got out of that sentence by claiming being under Imperio at the time. They were also all from wealthy and influential Pureblood families so maybe a few donation and they got away with a slap on the wrist.

Sebastian can’t claim that, nor dies he have the pull or wealth for any crumb of leniency, if you turn him in, and it’s not just you, he’s damned by three different people, you, Ominis and Anne.saying what he did.
