I have rly huge screen, so if I place camera at the top of my monitor - it can track only top of my screen, same with bottom, I rly like product, but I can't buy it just bcs it's not working for me. As someone already mentioned, I want to see enhanced calibration, because(for my screen), I don't feel like AI getting enough data. Also If I could enter something like distance to screen, it's size, etc - mb this information would increase tracking capabilities.
I don't this having hidden option like more tracking points gonna lead to frustration, if people force this setting - it's their choice, better to have this choice that don't.

Ok, I bought it anyway, gonna pray this getting fixed
Also, I know there's gonna be point about "more cpu load", but I don't think that's rly that big of the deal, most of the times cpu(in games) not even 50% loaded on 6 cores(even in 4k), it's better to use gpu as obs recording device(rtx 30-40,rx 6000-7000 got special CU-s for that), anyway it's just nice to have in your program, than don't.
Thanks. That's useful feedback. What's your screen size? Can you provide the model?
I think it’s tcl 55c825
Idk why, I can’t connect my IPhone via your app, pc can’t find it(even with cable) also I have this message, like ipv4 is not available.
I noticed OBS virtual camera doesn’t show up, 4k camera only showing 1920*1080(mb it’s other app bug, but I couldn’t set camera resolution to 4k) I believe 4k camera support will increase accuracy drastically.
If you’re adding something that could confuse people, you could add alert when turning feature on for the first time.
I managed to get it working, but it’s tracking (accurately) only at the center of my screen, I understand if it’s too hard to implement, but ideally it’s top, bottom, left and right camera(or at least top and bottom), this gonna be useful not only for big screens, but also increase accuracy for smaller ones.
Again, I rly like this program, but lack of features(improving tracking accuracy) rly kills experience for me. Hope I gave you good feedback.
Ok, yes, that's a challenging size purely speaking from the camera angle and overall dimensions.
Usually after 30'' it starts being challenging, that's why we offer the free trial. Have you purchased it on accounts.eyeware.tech or on Steam?
If it's on Steam and you stayed below 2 hours of use, you can ask for a refund. If it's on our site, i can refund directly.
I don't think we can find a
good solution for you anytime soon.
Steam, I don't rly want refund, I just liked your soft, it's idea and sent my feedback, I made it working
ok, awesome. thanks a lot for your support.
we will digest this feedback. adding @neat beacon to make sure he sees it too.
Am I doing something wrong or 4k is not supported?
4K is supported. Your screen resolution should not matter. I'm using 4K myself.
I mean camera resolution
Ah... yes, we do not support 4K cam resolution currently. There is no relevant added benefit and the processing requirement increases unnecessarily.
Similar to adding many more calibration points. I understand your request, but there is a trade-off there to be made and usually the main issue is longitudinal calibration robustness (i.e. over time).
I rly think it's gonna work better with 4k and kinda like this pattern
Anyway, thank you for answers
Thanks for your input.
Why I belive this pattern gonna work better: when we're looking near the center of our screen - only eyes are moving, when we look in the corner - we're moving our head
This pattern should aslo increase accuracy for people, sitting near the screen
That's all I wanted to say, again, thank you for answering questions
