3. These players are sharing accounts with each other. In the attached video you can see "templox :)" and "sss", with respectively level 36 dragon fairies and OB 1 level 60 rabbits. However if we check the accounts, templox actually should be the one with rabbits, not the other guy, meaning that either they're on each others accounts, or he could be using his friends nickname. but the final piece of attached evidence paints the full picture and confirms that they are in fact account sharing, with a background of these same behaviors

No, lapa rarley bothers checking IPs and cookie data etc to determine account sharing without sufficient and clear evidence because it takes a lot of time to scroll through every single connection to taming.io servers and digging through IP adresses and see whether they match or not.
Lapa only puts in the sort of effort for retrieving lost accounts as reports are often faked due to "beef" or misunderstanding or just being a troll.
