Uppercase does not prevent email sending, proof of it this account was verified with the very same email

it actually prevents. would you mind to send my g-mail address in dms? its Hg.... in ingame, but hg... which i use for gmails. you may check #1585614 account's email, which has exactly same email with 1109955 but different mail address at the end(...gmail.com/naver.com).

email are case insensitive and in anyway I lowercase them myself before sending any mail

sorry to say this again, but i have checked all spam mails. its definately my responsiblity and fault to account share, but i just would like to say this: could you make 1109955's password same with 1585614? i can prove Hgkim gmail account is mine.
