My friend lost his account: 1346101, because because it was stolen. we managed to restore password however we noticed that the stealer verified a secondary email, so he can change password aswell, can you help us lapa to remove the secondary account?
I certify that I have already tried to restore my password with the Forgot password? feature and I have read this entire page: https://taming.io/articles/321-restore-your-password/.

just to clarify dd couldnt restore password himself so he asked me to help
