how do people actually get IP banned?

like i was recently on holiday for 2 months in an overseas country, played taming, now I'm back on the other side of the world and still have normal access to my account??

also were you ever mean to others?

not that i can remember, i don't usually talk to people in taming servers

oh well probably my fault if i got banned ;-;

my other accounts (i have about 2 other ones) are also banned and i dont remember being active/talking in those other accounts
