I'm reaching out with a bit of a pickle we've found ourselves in and would really appreciate your help.
My son, a big fan of timing.io, recently created an account but, oops! He made a tiny typo in his email address. As a result, he's been unable to complete the email verification process and is quite worried about not being able to access his account. We're also super excited to upgrade to a premium account but are a bit hesitant as we're not sure if this unverified account might be swept away in a future global purge.
Is there any way we could update the email associated with his account? We've tried adding a backup email, but it seems that's not going through the verification process either. Or, if changing the primary email isn't possible, could you please provide additional information on how we can verify the account? Any guidance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
