it's a league of legends skin, that's the only official art of that one, other references that are 100% accurate do not exist therefor

You won't be able to replicate the skin anyway. The closest you'll be able to get is her face which looks the same to her original. Just look for a close-up reference on artstation and if someone decides to take up the request, they can adjust the hair and eye color accordingly.

They are slightly different, in mouth and nose tbh (EDIT: eyebrows and eyeshape too) , on the other hand, just provided an answer based on what they asked, nothing more, nothing less
