Okay so after thinking it over for a bit. I have some options.

1. give her a more defined jaw bone to define where the cheeks end it will give the face more structure and make if feel less stretched out?
2. there’s actually nothing wrong with it but it doesn’t suit What seems normal or realistic. The eyes are a lot bigger than the nose and mouth usually they the sizes are a bit more balanced which case no change is needed it’s preference and relativism that makes it look weird .

Well it depends on the Lips shape. Not every lipstick choice goes for each lip shape. When making lips, try choosing the lipstick style you want and then customize the lips shape to the way you want (if that's something you don't already do).
