Not with as much damage but Justina has as much mobility in Arctic Wraith if you're using the one that moves Yoto's location. Justina get's four charges of it too

I guess Kurumi's Umbrella does the same thing but it's just her moving to the Umbrella itself with an upwards attack which you can move into a slash

Jaw is definitely bigger the cheeks are puffy and I’d adjust nose to be smaller and change the angle of it. Eyes really aren’t bad imo they look good

It might be because she doesn't have anything that stands out. Something unique that pops out. For example, your viper Ning has the gold lip color that stands out and completes the look. Or it could just be that you don't like the shape of her cheeks or jaw structure. Maybe make the face thinner or give her less of a round chin shape. Her nose and eyes are good tho.
