bots won't spawns at the beginning, they'll spawns after awhile and will spawn near you no matter where you are on the map

so if you stay at village for awhile they'll spawn there

I avoid quests which can show activity on the map. That could alert real players in case there are indeed some. Like the escort thing. Or the flag transport thing. I only do those if i'm certain there are no real players in the match.
