Shouldn't be trying to PvP. It's not at all like Morus Isle. You actually have to have a setup with proper equipment and etchings to dominate. Just having Gold gear isn't enough.

There's no brute forcing in this mode, you have to be deliberate and think about your decisions

If you want to fight, you need to have teammates and decent gear. Without those you'll always lose.

Like evil said, you need to farm up Void Coins. Since you're still a beginner, you should be using beginner edicts the game is puking out on you.

And only looting the small villages and avoiding Golden Crates since those have players.

Additionally, you need to know how to lose bots. A lot of bots spawn in this game mode and they will fuck your shit up.

Bot AI is aggressive, but can easily be exploited. You can "drop them off" on a boss or monsters and they'll lose interest in you.

The only bots that won't do that are the bandit bots, those will chase you across the ends of the earth until you get a large amount of distance from them.
