I'll leave some tips here:

As soon as the match starts:

1. How to figure out weather
   • If the map shows there's a campfire = Snowstorm will happen
   • If the map doesn't show any campfire = Sandstorm will happen

2. Know how many players you're up against a match
   As soon as you're in the lobby before the rift starts
   • Start marking the whole area (Middle mouse by default), if the notification tells you a hero's name, there's a player. If there's no Hero marked, you're safe to loot the whole map

(With you marking the whole area, there's no Player you're up against) ^Keep doing this before the match starts so you know you're safe. This also tells you what hero you're up against

3. Selling purple weapons directly to NPC is better than repairing it and selling at Market

4. Always open weapon crates, they have a chance to drop extreme weapons

5. During snow storm, there's will always be no more than 4 Frozen chests spawning that are nearby campfires, check screenshot. They remain even after the snowstorm disappeared
