Oh I get that for sure. Perfecting the technique and form, mastering the art and conditioning your body to perform it has its place. But for me, the real enjoyment comes from applying all of that and testing myself under immense pressure in a real scenario where you are in danger and can be hurt. The risk of injury is a key part of the game. When you put yourself in that situation, you find out who you really are.

And I have to admit, situations like that are some of the only ones that truly make me feel alive. Me and another man against each other, with nothing but our strength, skill and drive to dominate the other and win. No hiding, no excuses. And no other sport, even other competitive ones, put me in my element so fully.

I was getting lowkey concerned for him, i told like come on tap out you're done, but he kept trying to fight it until he fell asleep
