It sounds pretty good in theory. The enhanced Skill uses are refreshed by Moderation, so it fits nicely into an Ice build. I think it's only worth using over a general one with the Awakening converting your Martial Skills to Ice Blast DMG though.

1800-2000 fatigue all spent on Tempered can max 2 new curios, i max justina and the thunder flag banner on mine and got red. Getting personal luck is also important. I got 2 red justina curios on level 3 and got another 2 on level 4.

Why is it that every time I match with someone who sets Kylin as their starting hero, he still stays as Kylin from the beginning even though they haven’t locked him in yet, while I also set him but always lose priority to lock him and get switched to Kurumi instead? their jade rate aren’t even higher than mine ,some are just a new player.
So I always have to manually pick Kylin again instead of just locking him in right away. Then some people accuse me of stealing the hero even though I was planning to play him from the start.
It’s been like this since last season already, and I still can’t find where to fix it.

Yeah, you get a lot of ATK already from Jades, Potential and Hero Level, so it's usually the most diluted.
Crit is only acquirable from Attributes, and is multiplicative with DMG Bonuses and ATK, so it scales very well.
