Im trying to run a Tianhai Thunder Build.
Fairly new. So some of the concepts (Diffuse, Threefold, Demons Bane, etc) are foreign concepts to me. Im about to finish Hard Mode for showdown. Atm im NUKING bosses with the swarms deadeye.
Running Deadeye and the 3rd tree that does elemental stuff.

Currently have
ThunderPull, Thunder Counter, Skyforce, Boltshot, Backfire, Thunderproof, and Staff Onslaught.

Any recommendations and stuff?

Okay I fixed the calcs, it looks like
x7 [Windfall], x6 DMG to Bosses, x5 Attack, x5 Armor, & x5 Health
would be the most optimal set up with
Renewed Vigor, Pestilent Pool, Element Surge, Miasma Drive, Basalt Armor & Sub-Zero Seal during Curios for Shayol's dedicated build.
-# Use Soul Shiver instead of Basalt Armor in the meantime.

Her build with no Windfalls is about 7.6% weaker than the build with 7 Windfalls. So if you just want to play around with it without heavy investment, you can run that.

• Unless you're using Onslaught to charge up your Thundershock faster while your Deadeye is down, Swarm · Scorching Sting would be better as your Mastery Jade in terms of pure damage on the Swarm. It's a very slight increase though, so not necessary.
• Bolt Shot is kind of garbage. If you have Bolt Mastery, that would be a big improvement.
• Skyforce is kind of overkill when you include the heal from Deadeye Prowess. Something like Renewed Vigor, Craftmanship, Repair Roll or any general utility/damage boosting jade would help more.

There is an end-game build for the Swarm, but I don't think you have access to all the jades it needs till the later half of Nightscream.

   If its not Possible/viable then a Ice Build and a Rage Build. (This one is ideally just Melee/combos)

should mention im fairly new so some of the unique mechanics i dont understand yet

Hard to say. Each build has its own niche is specializes in:

• Ice Surge: still possibly the strongest mobbing build.
• Thunder Scorch Surge: very versatile build that any hero can use to output decent damage.
• Thunder Mark/Seal: very strong for solo bossing.
• Threefold Thunder: high burst damage build, good for taking out tanky enemies quick.
