The only weird case is Ranged Power ups, those are not very good unless you're going for a full ranged build.

But if you fully commit to a ranged build, its very strong on Bow users and Swarm users.

Alright, I did some more testing on Shayol's Ultimate. Here's what I found:

1. The shield throw has a Base DMG Coefficient of 15.00.
2. The returning shield has a Base DMG Coefficient of 30.00.

Each Counterattack has a total Base DMG Coefficient of 45.00 (4500% of your Attack).
-# For reference, Kylin's Wrath Slash has a Base DMG Coefficient of 54.00.

3. For every multiple of 1,000 Max Armor you have, the Base DMG Coefficient increases by 3%.

Ex: You have 6,440 Max Armor in her Ultimate at Hero Level 24+ and Showdown Level 100. The Base DMG Coefficient will increase by 18% (NOT 19.32%) to a total of 53.10.

4. Due to this scaling, there is a break-point every 500 Armor or 2.5 Armor Attributes worth. This scales multiplicatively with Attack and DMG Bonuses.

I used to play scorch surge build on Zai but hated it cause it was only 1bolt to parry and I'd constantly get stunned if I can't get the parry off
I replaced incineration with thunderproof
I get it I lose the attack buff from incineration but now I like it much more and it's much easier to play
