With full moderation you'd still be attacking anyways because you can proc skill, and also, you have to dodge out of any defuse you do anyways because Matari doesn't throw feathers off of defuse skill

actually hardest was probably solar 2 or whatever was the highest stage available at the start of season because everyone was low level and boss like 1 hit you
paragon19 wasn't hard but it had alot of timewasting that you couldn't skip

I think they've been scared to make anything hard ever since that one Enigma Peak that barely anyone cleared. But that was because of a combination of issues:
- It required a Trio of people who were built and knew how to clear it properly.
- Recasting wasn't the way we have now, the RNG was ungodly, to where even getting a maxed Attack attribute was difficult.
- The time and effort to clear often made players only want to do it once or twice.
I do hope they make a challenging end-game that isn't filled with terrible RNG. Boss RNG is fine to an extent, but these skips that require staggering at the perfect time (or waste 30s) are garbage too.

Right now Thunder Scorch is best for most heroes. It's not really an Elemental build, as it's focused on Burn/HydroFlare damage.
Other than that, she can somewhat use Thunder Mark (single-target) or Ice Surge (multi-target).
With this being the 2nd to last week of the season though, I wouldn't recommend investing into any builds as the meta can change depending on the new potential tree and jades. For now just stock up on every jade.

@rotund forge It's best to use bolt with weapons that hit multiple times during their attacks or combos, such as the nunchucks or kitana. It will hit with one lightning strike for each hit. Charged Bolt can be very powerful if your charged attack hits multiple enemies like with Aurora Burst for the Heng Sword.

It's an invisible "pity" system like any other gacha game with a pity system. It's the game "taking pity" on your bad luck, so on average, you'd get a rare stat in 95 rerolls, whereas hard pity is a guaranteed rare stat no matter what at 151 rerolls.
It's the same way that the chests you pull cosmetics for have a hard pity of 100 for an extreme so that on the 100th pull, if you still haven't gotten any extreme, the game will forcibly give a guaranteed one
