Pretty much everyone with a bad exclusive Curio or lack of one would like Radiance Flow on some type of Thunder Counter build.

Sutra adds 2632% Attack scaling to Chain Crush (Ice). Each orb from Radiance Flow can do up to 15600% Attack.

You'd want Sutra for mobbing/groups, Radiance for single-targets.

I got my Kylin build up and running but the little skeletons run past me all the time when I don’t see them but also I don’t clear nightscream yet I got to wave 8 is the farthest but didn’t clear it. Its much much much better than when I was running Yoto tho. On Yoto I was hard stuck at wave 2/3 😭 I still don’t have her curio though.

variants of this build include the hydroflare version (get 4x scorchings in places of dmg to boss and run green tree potential (aquatic prison is a must have node), replace szs with incineration or draco stride, or you can just keep using szs) and the thunder chain version (take divine thunder dmg instead of dmg to boss, run 6 thunder essences, replace szs with thunder chain)

also don't forget to take counter as the main... outside circle thingy

so if you time his last slash perfectly, after you finished that slash you'll be out of ult, then the echo form slash happens, it does alot of damages and increase alot of rage and you'll get ur ult back much earlier, in TI you could even get ur ult back immediately

The Mastery wielding doesn't affect the 6 wielding from your Primary Jades. The Mastery wielding only changes the Element Accumulation for whatever the Mastery attack is.
Each wielding type has its own Moderation proc is why your seeing people with 4-1-1 (4 Poison - 1 Ice - 1 Thunder for ex.) lot of the time.
As for anything with building Divine Thunder, having majority Ice or Poison wielding will have faster build up rate.

As for the seeing people with all Thunder and no Thunder counter, I am sure thats going to be the new Defuse Thunder Lotus variant where people use the divine thunder to Defuse therefore keeping up the DemonMark.

5 Ice + 1 Poison is usually used on Ice Surge to be able to enter Surge quicker, but it does come at a cost.

6 Thunder-Wielding usually for a Thunder Mark build, which doesn't need Thunder Counter per say. Most Thunder Counter builds on the other hand don't want max Wielding since it charges Thunderpull slower.

Builds with a mixture of 3 Wieldings are generally not elemental builds and either want to focus on activating Moderation a lot or Aquatic Prison (from Blue Path in potential).

For Verve Banner [While Not Elemental Surging] Do I need to still have an Elemental Surge Jade on or I am just not surging w/o one? Im assuming I need one to proc and when its on cooldown thats only way this works?
So if I have one and its never actually getting activated does that also not count?

save all legend/flux/flux shards

for 2nd attributes

u can roll first attribute just rerolling

but second one u cannot roll randomly

it must be added by special item

if u run out of legend/flux jades

u need to roll random rare on trash jades and deconstruct them

to get 1 flux fragment

2 fragments can add rare

alternatively

lets say u want to make elemental surge

u roll scorching on first one

u can just trash it

since scorching is garbage on this build

then u roll next one

u get windfall lets say

u can keep it

then u add 2nd attribute

if u get some crap like scorching

u destroy it

for 2 fragments

and start rolling new jade

and again try for windfall or moderation

this is the most economic option

it stacks additively with itself

and only works for the jade that has it

so if u have lets say

4% attack 30% ice blast dmg 2x windfall

its same as 8% attack 60% ice blast

Ice Surge has a jade called Chill Spike in it. When you use a Skill while in Surge, it'll summon a quick, high damaging Ice Spike.

Moderation allows you to reduce your Skill cooldown by 15-100% depending on how much total you have. So it's important to get that to 100% to be able to activate Chill Spike more often.

You can't really control what rare attributes you get first though, as you'd want to save Legend Jades for your 2nd Rare Attributes, since you can't get them through Recasting if one is already present.

Wouldn't recommend it. Save it for Enigma Domain as it doubles the effectiveness of your Keys.

You already burn through fatigue plenty fast in Tempered Inferno.
