You'd need +900% Attack for +80% Attack to equal x1.08 DMG, otherwise Temulch will always be better for Bow build. This is even more so when you have low attributes.

Skyfire
Despite the buffs, still rather bad to use since majority of the Burn Potential is focused on Hydroflare DMG rather than Burn DMG. Skyfire is also considered as Hit DMG, so it scales from the opposite things as Burn does aside from Attack.
