If you read Element surge and Chill spike

Its make it where you proc your Ice (Elemental) Blast by using your skill with a 4 sec CD.

Considering hers is that tether even with breaking it you don't get it back quick with Moderation ( which this build you should have atleast 75% imo for it to work well)

I think only builds that would "work" with her decently are Scorch Surge or Ice Lotus.

Until Curios are back she isn't in the best spot currently for damage output, even though her ultimate/skill combined give I think 60% Attack increase and a decent heal within that radius.

If your 100% dead set are using her then yes but I would just say play Ziping on Ice lotus or Ice Surge and you will be 1000% better off and still be able to heal your team way better as well with there being no range to her ultimate.

Kurumi and Yoto are really only 2 characters right now that are kinda useless to play until Curios are here. Then they become top 5 characters to play, especially Yoto.

Even Feria and Yueshan have good enough skills were you could use Ice surge.

to get lvls 21,22,23,24,25 you need to breakthrough and that uses new material

you use old leveling material to get xp bar full, then use the new material to break the level

you can only get 1 new material per week (and from events)

so 1 level per week

Nirriti's Ruins is just the primary grind right now. It's pretty new player friendly since it doesn't rely on gear. First goal should be to do all the seasonal challenges from there.

Yama's Abyss is the end-game when you're built enough you can try to compete on the leaderboards. Doom Speedrun also has a leaderboard, but since the rewards are weekly instead of seasonal/permanent, it's not taken as seriously.
