What's wild is they have the resources to switch builds on the fly like this

Maybe if you have a jade w double mod, could of kept this one. Start building fresh one of the one with double mod.
That way you can afford to get another Moderation there, and destroy the old for second rare slot.
Just gives you another chance instead of only needing windfall if that makes sense.

Ice Surge best for mobbing quickly and bossing on Justina.
Thunder Scorch Surge really strong for bossing.
Deadeye Bow builds are extremely strong for bossing, but mainly in Trios where you don't have aggro.
