I can't lie, that build is really intuitive. You just play Matari like you would normally. Even with me having 1 Mod and 4 jades barely touched I got 34s with it.

Pretty 💩 . The 2 jades that increase its Deadeye Generation significantly (Dual Link & Explosive Rounds), decrease the damage of its Deadeye attack significantly.

So you have to choose between expending multiple clips of ammo to charge Deadeye (which means you'll need No Depletion Repair Kit attributes), or doing roughly half the damage in Deadeye state. Which already is pretty meh DPS, hardly above most charged melee attacks.
