The 10% attack boost on Stamina is super nice, but it requires too heavy of any investment in a tree to get it's value

Stamina is probably best in Surge and Lotus trees

Counter is 100% a must for Scorching given the nature of T Scorch

It's deadeye is a little slow and it becomes very close ranged, however, it can nuke bosses.

It being able to store its charge while dodging as well helps it to fight solo, since the actual attack animation is short.

Not every hero has a dedicated Curio yet, and the ones that do aren't exactly balanced. So it would be pretty difficult to balance around when you consider how absurd some of them can get. Valda's if it was active right now would kill the current Yama's Boss in 2s. While Yoto's prevents the boss from even moving when played right.
