1. Deadeye Bow is still the same. The new jades would require a different direction for a build, requiring you to fight in melee range, which probably wouldn't go too well.
2. You mainly go off your main damage source. Burn = Blue, Lotus = Green, Surge/Chain = Red, Demonbane Mark = Purple.
