Each Scorching increases the base damage, somewhat similar to Wielding.

• Scorching Lv. 1 deals 450% Attack over 18s.
• Scorching Lv. X deals (450% × X) Attack over 18s.
• Scorching Lv. 12 deals 5400% Attack over 18s.

In comparison there's Toxin Blast, which occurs when you reach 6 stacks of Toxified, that deals 4800% Attack and can scale from general damage bonuses.

To put it into perspective, I had Scorching Lvl 6, with Hydroflare and it did MORE damage than my Toxin Blast with Poison Blast Damage at 269% damage.

Currently, there's no access to a HydroFlare DMG Bonus, but that's coming next season.
Level Suppression is a hidden multiplier based on if you're below or above the Recommended Level for a stage.

As for the exact formula for Level Suppression, I'm still working on that as the CN has listed doesn't appear to work.
