Yes and no. As it works now it just summons where your last attack hit, but the Awakening makes it target the nearest enemy instead, which would be more noticeable for heroes with a Ranged uncharged attack.

You'll start with a lot of Chaos Extract since you have to level your Crafting Levels. But once everything is maxed, you'll start burning through it rather quickly. The main thing that'll stock up though is Curio Tempered Essence as it's useless beyond Awakening.
