@woeful monolith so the reason why I have viper so high is because she provides a permanent stun without sacrificing any damage, or end lag, to all the cringe mobs, while also breaking their aegis and providing permanent healing. This is ignoring her curio which is amazing vs bosses. In current TI some of the mobs/omens are more cringe than the boss itself

But for reference, Kylin's Counter Slash hits for 5400% Attack. Justina's Skill hits for 1200% Attack.

A max Kylin build would have +45% DMG to Bosses, so that ends up a total of +225% DMG Bonus (against Bosses) in his Ultimate.

A max Justina build has +420% Ice Blast DMG (while in Surge), but Ice Blast only hits for 685% Attack, Chill Spike for 910% Attack and Chain Crush for 3290% Attack.

So one full Ultimate should catch Kylin up with Justina's damage.

Guys Im using the ice lotus build on tarka ji with these curios. But Im not doing any damage, was playing inferno yesterday, my teammates doing 20mil damage while im around 6mil at the end. What is my DPS rotation supposed to be like? Im usually spamming charged blue attack into the aegis break skill until ult is charged and then spam fireballs in multiple enemies.

@woeful monolith I think allot of it is just bow being so consistent and more damage. So that's over her and considered the better build. Then passed that, you can put her anywhere near valda and tarka for single target damage, you can't put her with zip because zips f isn't replaceable in TI, no one does what zip does. Justina does very well into grouped enemies, procing her F and ult at every interval. Kylin is stronger in ti than he is in yamas, because his ult gets more usage. Yoto is amazing into mobs and bosses, def the best. So that leaves comparing tessa curio to viper. Viper is just > imo

Are you new player? You might also be gated by the stats on your souljades. Do you have the correct attributes on your souljades(ice blast dmg, attack, dmg to boss) and rare attributes like 100% moderation? That will increase your dmg by a lot

If you're running Poison Lotus, then you'd definitely want Poison Root. Hydro's Bound is core for Poison, but also want Element Fury if you have Element Surge equipped. Then can go for Element Afterglow if you have Element Surge as well. Other than that you can go what you prefer.
