Thunder Chain requires you to go +6 Thunder-Wielding and go for Divine Thunder DMG, which is going to be dead once Curios are gone. I'm not sure how competitive my build is in comparison, but Bead hits pretty hard once you get your Ult going.

Kylin has a good base kit, the jades just allow him to make better use of it, rather than adding their own overpowered effects.

Main reason I'm building into him as I don't see it being phased out unless they nerf Kylin directly. But they've yet to nerf any heroes directly in Showdown.
