Are you using Thunder Surge with Thunder Chain or Draco Stride? Even then, it'll be a bit difficult to apply Soak during his Ultimate.

It's important to note that Scorching has an 18s duration. Applying the same Burn will simply overwrite the previous one, so that damage is lost if you don't HydroFlare.

Scorching is also such a thing where you either aim for +0 or +12 as it will deal a fraction of its damage the less you have.

I learned the infinite Tianhai Ultimate tech, so I perma stay in ult and I have no problems applying Soak at all.

Ah yeah I remember that video. If you're still planning to use that build, then Divine Thunder DMG will likely prove not helpful. Mainly because of the limited amount of Thunder-Wielding you have on.

Elements deal damage directly proportional to the amount of Wielding you have.

• Element_DMG = ( (1 + Wielding_Amount) ÷ 7) × (1 + DMG_Bonuses)
  So, with you having so much Poison-Wielding, even if you stack up a good amount of Divine Thunder DMG, it won't add much damage. DMG to Bosses would likely be a better option, since everything you do will scale from it, as long as you're hitting a Boss of course.

Toxin Blast, the explosion that occurs when you reach 6 stacks of Toxified, also doesn't scale from Elemental DMG Bonuses, but it does to DMG to Bosses.

Yes, even pure Poison builds really don't care that much about Poison Blast DMG since only Poison Blasts and Chain Crush · Poison scale from it. But you don't have any access to Chain Crush either so it's even less important.

is around equal to that followup attack + dodge he does there
