You can't Defuse with a Ranged Weapon though. Only Parry.

It'll take more than just her dash, would need to hit her Skill, Charged Attack and a Martial Skill to proc Ice Blast in there for her. That's with the +30% Elemental Accumulation Rate attribute, without it, you'll be sitting between dashes for quite a while.

''enigma for fragments'' is, as in, with the same amount of fatigue spent, enigma usually gives more fragments, less crystal compare to nirriti and vice versa
but the drop rate is another story, enigma domain with brown key is known to have a bad drop, more like the variation between min and max drop is too big so if you're unlucky your drop gonna be bad
enigma peak got a better drop chance, so people usually use gold key there, stack 3 gold keys and your party got a 9k luck boost, usually lead to a better drop

Guarantees are best used to fix high attributes into the right ones. But if you don't have any attributes that need fixing, you can use it for that.
In regards to rare attributes, it's random in and random out.
