Getting Rare Attributes

When doing an Attribute Recast, there is a chance of a Rare Attribute appearing (as long as there's not another one present). So you have a 1/3 chance of getting a specific Rare Attribute. I recommend following the recasting guide for more details.

Skill Surge vs Deadeye Bow

Deadeye Bow is more effective against single targets, while Skill Surge is more helpful for mobbing. Still, you'd be better off running Frost Surge if mobbing is your focus.

Deadeye's Future Viability

I doubt they will nerf Deadeye aside from removing the buffs from the Potential Tree. Still when without those it should be pretty viable. Besides that it's one of the cheaper builds to make since it only requires single rares.

Tessa doesn't really have impressive DPS on melee builds without her Curio. Her Skill does give a nice buff of x1.08 damage, but I'd say she does DPS similar to Yueshan without his Ultimate.

She is handy for farming missions with weak mobs since her Skill doesn't one shot

so basically only with the curio + ult is her dps good. So I'm guessing for her specifically until curios come back is to go with deadeye. If that's the case I'll just wait and ask again when it does lol

You can't go wrong with Skill Surge, as only 2 heroes can't use it effectively. As far as Deadeye Bow, you start out with a large chunk of the stats you'll want. As much as 91.5% of the Attack and 58.3% of the DMG Bonuses just from having the jades.

Using them in SND is probably the worst thing you could do. It's already the fastest time you can burn fatigue, there's no point in making it faster, unless you just constantly buy Elixirs.

Most effective use is to use them in Enigma Peak with a full team using Gold Keys.

You mean Chill spike? Its the new Ice Jade that replaces Iceblast when Elemental Surge is active. It procs Chill Spike(Iceblast essentially) by using your Skill (F) with a 4 sec cooldown between. Elemental Surge stops your Ice Meter once its full so you cant proc Iceblast anymore but with Chill spike it can via the Skill. I am sure @fierce light could explain this less chaotic then I can.

So using her F while in Mech can actually produce some decent damage even though its only usable maybe 2-3 times in total. Better than nothing since your probably in the mech simply to survive at that point but way higher dps output then just shooting or using the cannon imo.

Frost Lotus will likely be the build Kurumi uses when her Curio is back. If we get any other Curios similar to it, then they would want to use that too over Frost Surge.

Farming morus is usually inconsistent

Ruins while dropping all jades, still generally gives more purple/gold jades on average

So you will get the jades you need
