@fierce light I'm playing around with Thunder Matari here's what I cooked:

Main damage sources are DT Counters, CAs, Lotus Ghastblooms, Thunder Chains, and Flash-Empowered Dancing Leaves/Soulbreak Tusk

I wish we had a dedicated wielding slot for jades. Having a Thunder-wielding jade would make this build super comfy

Substats are:

6x Attack
6x DT
4x Mod
8x WF

As far as Wielding Jade options for Matari, she doesn't really have any good ones. They're all worse in accumulation rate and DPS than Dreadful Wail and none come close to the DPS of her Aegis-Breaks buffed by Flash and Aegis-Break Rage.

x1 Flash → x8 Dancing Leaves comes up short in accumulation to even activate Moderation for Divine Thunder.

Thunder Chain and Counterstrikes buffed by Thunder Smash could probably help with that though.

If you have a particular rotation in mind, I could probably calculate the ideal Attributes to have on.

Sadly the rare attribute is based on luck.

If you are chasing one specific attribute on Jade, keep recasting till you get it.
Flux jades are advices to be used after. Moderation has cap too, so in case you’re also looking for scorching or windfall keep those in mind while you still looking for the main rare attribute.

Unlock Nirriti's Ruins ASAP, then farm it on either Hard or Nightscream until you reach level 100. Nightscream can drop any jade in the game, but can be rather difficult when just starting out since you won't have many collection bonuses or Fire Forge levels. It'll get easier the more runs you do though.

Fire Forge increases as you do runs. They're both in the menu when you're selecting the difficulty for Nirriti's Ruins.

Yeah it has lower scaling for solo. Normal is pretty bad since it has the lowest drop rate of Gold and Purple Souljades and also only drops jades that can drop from Normal difficulty missions. So basically useless to run.

but then on the same void destroyer i proc ice blast, my skill cd reduced from 20s to 16s, so only 4s, which is 20% of 20

Depends what rings you’re looking for. If you’re missing few from the general collections like hydroflare, you just need to keep collecting the rings from the section to the point you hit the ring you have been looking for. Those rings often level to grade 3 too.

And if you’re talking about special rings like aqua chain, atomise or such, those come from the collections but triggers randomly so all I can say it, good luck. And there is also hero speciality rings, rings that not every hero can trigger. (Useless rock and inferno hero)
What helped me to achieve collections was to run trio mode as duo and all money passed so could farm the rings to the max.

Yes, unfortunately. Took me some time to achieve full collections even in trio mode when extra dark tides passed on.

Only ring that needs mechanics is the one that is in the hidden route. After you get the “Lost” route debuff from cursed chest. You need to hope to get the stage with 2 bosses in tight cave. And then also the boss Mountain Ghost has to charge towards the wall, to break it so tiny ring drops.
