So these Chain Crushes are using the proper multiplier for the Ice version (32.9x), so each one is hitting for:
- 4.8x the damage of a Successive Ice Blast
- 3.6x the damage of an Ice Thorn
- 16.8x the damage of a Blossom Blast
don't think it's better to avoid it since you want to stack them as quick as possible
still, 1.8 multiplier is not that bad compare to 2.0

- dual chains build: focus on getting chain crush from both sources (frost bitechain and thunder chain), running succesive ice blast, but there's no lotus here

Instead of Bolt Mastery take Thunderpull
Basically extreme skilled play
You are rewarded for landing every headshot with insanely high burst
You are punished hard for missing, especially since there's a stagger if not in Skyrender
Additionally, you'll probably deal with DT before you finished charging Deadeye
It'll probably be a while till I can test it, going out of town till Tuesday. But if you can note down the jades and potentials, I'll save it for later

Boss spawn is determined at 100% for Solo, 75% for Trios. So you can stop at 60-74% if you're mobbing, since if a boss is alive it'll choose a different spot. Honestly with fully leveled people though you can all split up and kill whatever is near.

while if 5x3 ice blasts triggered from my F it make next chain crush ready

then i still need 1 more 1x3 =3 ice blasts for the next chain crush to be ready

- 1: if this counted as 1 ice blast, then i got 3 stacks for chain crush
- 2: if this counted as 5 ice blasts, then i got 15 stacks and my chain crush should be ready, but it isn't
then i proc ice blasts on 4 small mobs = 12 stacks, if the first chain crush counted as 3 stacks then my next chain crush should be ready, but it also isn't
so both [1] and [2] are not true
then i proc 1 more ice blast (3 stacks), and now my chain crush is ready
so that's (4x3) + (1x3) = 15
so the first chain crush's ice blasts doesn't counts for stacks? but that's also not true when i tested it on single target
so what the hell is happening

Basically it counts the charges, but the internal cooldown prevents it from being ready till the next Ice Blast refreshes the counter.
Test 1
- Knock one of the Axe Ents away from the group.
- Activate Chain Crush.
- Use Justina's ability on the separated Ent immediately after it hits.
If Chain Crush doesn't appear ready then Frostbite Chain has an internal cooldown that it can be ready. If it is ready, then Frostbite Chain must limit itself to 12-14 stacks.

Another test you can do:
- Activate Chain Crush on all 5.
- Unequip Successive Ice Blast
- Proc Ice Blast on one enemy.
This will see if it stops at 14 stacks while it's on cooldown.
For solo, Ziping Yin is likely the most well-rounded for all content.
Justina seems the strongest at the current moment, with her own dedicated build. It's all in the pins and on the site.

so total 6 ice blasts proc from bow shots, without succesive ice blast

Even fought the same boss to see if it was boss specific. I can only trigger it once.
A few of my chamber mates are having the same issue.

It could be the dual chain build
I swapped Thunder Chain for Successive Ice Blast and came up with the same result.

Yeah, i've ran that build too. Still only getting one refresh. It can't be ping or FPS because theres some sort of tech that's being done.
Which one does more dmg?
- Try to maintain Deadeye for as long as possible as the red potential node restores ammo every 5s.
- Avoid using it for general mobbing, unless you have a nice vantage point for it.
- Every chest should drop a weapon repair kit, so there should be plenty as long as you're not wasting too many arrows outside of Deadeye.

After being in the lab, I finally figured it out. Its a Tianhai animation tech cancel. Its not the jade build.
Mainly for Tianhai. Or possibly a Musket build.

She's the only one that can consistently activate Ice Blast as soon as it gets off cooldown
Other heroes take 2s+ after the cooldown.

So I can answer both:
Chamber Celebration Tiers determine how many Hero Celebration Scrolls are spent by the host to host to the celebration, how many Chamber Points the host and the chamber receives for hosting the celebration, how many Hero Coins the host receives, and also determines the drop rates of items within Red Packet Drops during the celebration.
Generally speaking, the highest tier celebration will give the most bang for your buck. You will gain a very large net positive of Chamber Points for yourself and your Chamber for Chamber Rankings for hosting the highest tier. If more than 5 people join up, then everyone collectively gets a lot of items which outvalue the 30 scroll cost.
However, the highest tier has the worst return on Hero Coins relative to cost in Celebration Scrolls which is 5 coins per 30 scrolls. Compared to the lowest tier celebration which gives 2 coins per 10 scrolls leading to 6 coins for 3 of the lowest tier celebrations.
It's important to note, that the highest tier celebration will give you a lot more score than the Hero Coins you use during Heroes Assemble. So if you're aiming for ranks, highest tier Celebration is the way to go.
Heroes Assemble is a PvE Raid which is organized into 8 stages which need to be completed in a 20 or 30 minute time limit (I can't remember which, but the time is limited). All 48 members of the Chamber can participate concurrently, but only 4 people may enter the battlefield at a given moment. Chamber members queue up to enter the arena in sets of 4 players. Once any of the 4 players die in the arena, the next person in queue takes their place.
You fight through a mixture of PvP Bots, PvE mobs, and PvE Bosses with increasing difficulty. The heroes available are only those available in Showdown. While you have access to your Showdown abilitiy variants, your Hero's level in Showdown, as well as the ability to Defuse, your account Showdown Level, Potential, and Souljades have no effect on this mode. The 4 people fighting have a set time limit of 2 minutes to fight. After that time expires, their health rapidly degenerates, killing them and forcing them out of the arena. This allows for other players to get a shot at fighting in the arena.
People who are in queue can give players in the arena various power-ups or rain down destruction on the foes by paying Dark Tide Coins. Coins are gained passively through kills done inside the arena by the active fighters. If you are an active fighter, you will earn more coins per kill compared to someone waiting in queue.
Prizes and drops are determined by two things:
1.) How far the chamber has made it in the 8 rounds.
2.) Individual Player Contribution.
How far the chamber has made it in the raid determines the quality of the drops.
Individual Player Contribution determines how many drops you get up to a maximum of 4. Chamber members can boost the maximum drop count by 1 for the entire chamber if they spend 2k gold for a Koi Blessing, up to a maximum of 2 (total of 6 drops: 4 + 2).
Player contribution can be tough, especially if there are more than 12 players in a Heroes Assemble. The most contribution is earned by players participating in the battle directly, followed by supporting active fighters indirectly with buffs and damage while in queue.
Many times when a large amount of players are participating during Heroes Assemble, not everyone will be able to maximize their drop count. Additionally, there are ignorant players who will hog participation unwittingly because they're trying to go for a fast clear and unintentionally cause players to lose out on a few drops.
Best to use the summons when a boss's Aegis is broken. Double the value. People on field should be spamming their Aegis-Break attack to down the bosses quickly.
