like if I went to crowded area sometimes fps drop sometimes nope when it drop I only get like 1-10 fps.
all my setting set to low already (I play on borderless mode 1080)

idk what to tell you i had a similar problem not that low fps but it was different it will get stuck at lower fps than it should but

try to use dx 12, reinstall the game, delete ur shader cache completly, delete ur gpu driver using ddu (that may have helped me).

for whoever isn't party leader they should have a ready up button to click and for the party leader theirs should allow them to search for game after that matchmaking begins

party leader should have a counter on the page showing how long you've been searching for

if thats not the case then it is likely either you or your friend are bugged and should leave the party, restart the game and rejoin

The game is not manually updating it, so you should, as nvidia is regularly improving it and it makes a big difference

I'd def mess around a bit more with your settings. Look for further tweaks and optimizations you can do, theres allot of factors that could be going into lower fps. Dx11 seems to work better thah dx12. It's definitely more cpu based, and you have a good one, but it could your ram, your refresh rate on your monitor, your gpu, or even just everything you got going on with your pc.

i used some some ping boosters like Gearup and Exitlag just once to see if my ping would go down a bit but it was not usefull for me

No you can still be laggy, just the advantages to being laggy are nothing like they used to be.

Before you could be laggy and pseudo infinite anyone with a soft combo because the netcode would force you to play on their ping.

This is no longer the case, now if you are laggy the game just sucks to play lol

There's small rubberbands but it's now mostly on the laggy player, and goes more off fps.

It depends on, there are several lvls of lag, if we talk about ping 60-100 you can be very OP and can take advantages of the lag, anything higher is harder to do so but if your ping is 60 you can make soft combos true

Playing duos rank we ran into a team, a Yueshan and Viper. Yueshan killed us and turned out to be a bot. The name was Ethan and when looking it up it showed the user didn't exist.

In a different match, we ran into this same bots. It was the same viper and yueshan, both wore the same outfit and the Yueshan had the same name. The thing is, I emoted them and Viper emoted back.

So I was wondering, can you get paired with bots? Do bots emote now? Are these people cheating?
