my issue with the game is a core issue that can never be fixed

it's that it's a VERY team based game

you are just one out of six players

in most scenarios, whether you win or lose is not determined by your performance, but rather your team's

that means solo carry potential is near 0

i was deciding between those two games for my favorite competitive game to commit to

i've chosen league for this reason

you can 1v9 in league

you can't in rivals

but they made it so that you cannot queue with more than 1 friend in higher elo

so you're forced to gamble
