Honestly most air coolers are decent and some can even compete with aio's. CPUs today don't TDP as high as cpus form the earlier 2020s and so forth most now top out at 175- 225 250 if its really high end intel or your talking threadripper pro etc. Then Aio is going to help ya in unlocked mode. Kinda Locked cpu's air is fine
