I've encountered hackers sometimes, I've seen them use multiple ults, auto-parrey, my favorite was a couple years ago when this one guy walked halfway across the map in the air (not like, using blue focus cancel dodge etc, just..walked). Sometimes the game does just bug out though and you might see a bunch of ults come out of nowhere

I wouldn't call it skill gap as much as...infinite skill ceiling. But also - even the best players get destroyed all the time. Keep playing. A lot of this game is just gradually learning reflexes and strategy even though it looks like it's all just pro's doing perfected combos.
