It's just a lot of the Hex 80's are reported to have issues with usbc port and an entire section of keys not working even with switches replaced

Now the usbc port part could literally be user error in trying to use a cable that isn't compatible with it because it does need a solid cable people assume they can use their coiled cables but they don't have the power capability or support for 8k polling that you have to have for a HE board 😭

Wooting coiled cables are however actually 8k polling rate compatible
