In certain Ranked matches, sometimes the final opponent ends up being some random character who doesn’t get more than 3 kills and has no medals, even though they’re wearing paid legendary skins. Are those bots that the game puts in to fill matches, or are they just “bad” players? It’s just that lately I’ve been running into them a lot, but they deal insane damage — literally killing you with a counterattack — and it’s got me puzzled. Either I’m really bad, or the system makes these bots that strong to “balance” things.

When I look at it, it says it has the option, but when I click on it from another menu, it asks me to rollers to unlock it, so it is already unlocked or do you have to use the rollers?

Yeah you can put another weapon's extreme effect on it, or take that weapon's extreme effect and put it on another

Same with character skins

it happens when they "happened" to perfectly dodged when ure grapple is supposed to go over, then ur grapple actually just goes to random places cuz it lost target, which is not suppsoed to happen under normal condition

from Mike's explanation it happens more with grapple with skins and especially if enemy is on dagger

but then it happens to me a couple time on everything so idk
