Depends on the hero, usually I do some grapple distance and some luck from stashes. From there it depends. Heroes like Tessa, Tarka and Zai I do most of the rage glyphs.

Can't say for Inor since haven't used him yet. I will say for Viper you may want to go into the luck glyphs, as if you do you'll get a 10% damage reduction when you pop your ult, which may help because Viper can't attack during one of her ults.

At that point it depends on how you play Viper. Very aggressive? Maybe do the rage glyphs for damage dealt, and get the 15% rage start at the beginning of the match. Skill spammer? Do the shorte skill cooldown. Or if you can parry the heck out of someone do the purple glyphs.
