Feeling super dejected playing rift traversal with random teammates. Most of the teammates I encountered don’t even move together as a team and run off in separate directions upon spawning.

There’s zero incentive for teammates to cooperate at all. The meta is literally to rush to the nearest fire crate to gain loot priority.

At least in Naraka survival mode, trios do have an incentive to work together to try to at least push for top 5.

In rift your teammates literally throw you under the bus for loot.
