sure, but you do know that setting the NVidia FPS limiter in game while the game is running doesn't actually affect the fps right say it was uncapped fps to 20 fps wont actually trigger

also alt tabbing defocuses the mouse from the main window, so they would have to physically click back into the game to regain focus which would stop the actual combo

the only thing the slower fps shows does is the alt tabbing as windows has to swap the display compoister for desktop and the game but wouldnt really cause a game to glich but just mess with your frametime over about 2 tenths of a second as seen in the recording
