He is a samurai.

Since Naraka currently reworks all characters from scratch to have only 2 abilities and 2 ultimates I did the same with Neda.

So he has a massive nodachi that he can control using his qi energy.

Kama Shadow
Usable (attacked)

His nodachi makes a thrust with the handle. If the attack landed, follows up with a vertical upward slash, launching the enemies airborne.

Kama Shadow: Stance

Places his nodachi in front of him, locking himself in place for 7 seconds and neglecting first incoming hit. After a received hit can follow up with either downward vertical slash or horizontal slash. Both slightly restore health. Excessive health turns into armor.

Ultimates:

Fallen Nobody
Turns his Nodachi into a main active weapon for 40 seconds. Starts levitating and cannot be knocked back. His vertical and horizontal attacks get unique attacks using Nodachi. Each landed hit slightly restores health. His F is replaced with a thrust that silences enemies, and pulls them closer. Can also knock enemies airborne using crouch attacks. His Focus attacks also use Nodachi.

Fallen Nobody: Takedown

Takes his Nodachi into his hand, and charges up. After 2 seconds, releases a massive wave of qi energy. All hit enemies are silenced, and get sliced up, staggering them. All allies nearby get a large damage reduction.
