In general I think anyone who is slightly PC savvy, wants to giga minmax performance and has the storage space available for it, should prob dual boot Windows and Linux
Dual booting is piss easy and distros like Ubuntu are honestly so close to the Windows user experience that most ppl genuinely won't notice outside of some games not working
