About MAX Items in the Fortune Roulette

I have a question regarding the Fortune roulette.

Currently, “Manta” is still appearing in my roulette, but shortly after the roulette was implemented, my Manta reached MAX level.
As a result, it no longer serves to increase the item’s level, and now it is effectively just a miss.

My question is: if an item in the roulette has reached MAX, will it remain there until the roulette has been fully spun?

Honestly, there are a lot, and it’s a bit overwhelming 😂
