Pleae read #how-to-get-help . We won't watch a whole video to try to discover what you want to achieve, which library you're using, and guess what problem you have. Tell us that, precisely.

want to have it like this

OK. But that doesn't tell us anything of what I asked: which library are you using? We don't know. What do you want to do with it? We don't know. What code have you tried? We don't know. What problem are you facing with that code? We don't know. All we know is that you would like to display a page in some unknown language containing a select box, text, and a button.

I still don't know what you're trying to do.

this translates to every languege

But that doesn't mean anything. Something that would mean something is "I want to let the user enter some English text in a text area, click on a translate button, and display the translation in French at the bottom". I know French and English and Spanish, and the official language here in English. Showing me partial screenshots in some unknown language that I can't read is useless.
I will tell you again, for the 1000th time: read #how-to-get-help

I quit. Good luck.

#how-to-get-help explains how to ask a good question. You ignore it. A asked you several times to explain what you want to achieve. You don't want to do it. So I quit.

Then write a sentence that explains what you want to achieve. A sentence similar to what I suggested. Not a screenshot in some unknown language. Not "I want to implement google-translate", which dosn't mean anything.

i want to achieve the googtranslate api implemented in my navbar where i can change the langueges so i can choose the langueges and the page wil be refreshed in angular itself to the selected languege

If you wan to internationalize your app, you shouldn't do that with google-translate. Use the native Angular i18n support, or Transloco.

#

Or let the users use the native browser support for automatic pages translation.

I can't decipher your sentences. Anyway, I've said what I had to say about it.
